Thank you for choosing our webshop for your plant needs! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This return policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds related to plants, invertebrates and plant materials.
1. Right to Return
You have the right to return any accessories purchased from our webshop within 14 days of delivery without providing any justification.
2. Exceptions
Plants and invertebrates can not be exchanged or returned! Living and perishable products, such as plants or invertebrates, are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal.
If the plants arrive broken or melted on the day of delivery, please take pictures of the plants on the same day and contact us by mail immediately as stated in the order and shipment emails from us. We will try to replace the plants that are melted or damaged during the transport and we will only ask you to pay for the shipping again. If you don’t have pictures and have not contacted us the same day of delivery, we will not replace the plants.
If you do not accept the plants at your door or you are not at home for the delivery, you can not return the plants or ask for a replacement if they arrive broken or melted.
Do you return a plant or plant terrarium on your own initiative? Then the purchase amount won’t be refunded. Returning products that are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal will be at your own risk.
3. How to Initiate a Return
