Bulbophyllum ambrosia
Found in China, Hong Kong and Vietnam in evergreen and semi-deciduous forests on limestone cliffs and mossy rocks and tree bases at elevations of 300 to 1300 meters.
Does very well epiphytically in terrarium on a spot that dries out sometimes.
- Light: partial shade
- Temperature: a minimum of 12°C
- Watering: epiphyte that loves daily misting
- Fertilizing: feed every 2 weeks from early spring through summer with an orchid fertiliser
- Humidity: above 70%
- Soil: epiphyte, mounted with some sphagnum
- Propagation: seeds or cuttings
